    Mold Design Engineer

    Owns the 3D design, technical drawings and revision cycles for plastic injection and compression molds.

    Responsibilities

    • Design plastic injection molds starting from the customer part
    • Define cavity count, runner type and cooling layout per project requirements
    • Prepare mold assembly and detail drawings
    • Track revisions through design review cycles
    • Run manufacturability checks together with the production team

    Requirements

    • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a machine / mold making program
    • Mold design experience with Siemens NX, SolidWorks or Cimatron
    • Technical drawing literacy and geometric tolerancing knowledge
    • Practical understanding of the injection molding process and mold components

    Nice to Have

    • Flow analysis experience with Moldex3D or an equivalent
    • Aluminium / zamak die casting mold experience

    3D Scanning & Reverse Engineering Technician

    Runs 3D scanning on site and in the workshop, and turns scan data into manufacturable CAD models.

    Responsibilities

    • Scan parts with the Scantech Prince 775 and clean up the resulting data
    • Build surface or solid CAD models from point cloud and mesh data
    • Prepare deviation reports comparing scan data against the CAD model
    • Deliver STEP, IGES, Parasolid and STL outputs as the project requires
    • Carry out on-site scanning at customer locations when needed

    Requirements

    • Degree in mechanical, mechatronics or a related technical program
    • Hands-on use of Geomagic Design X, SolidWorks or Siemens NX
    • Solid grasp of measurement and tolerance concepts
    • Availability for field work and travel

    Nice to Have

    • Blue or red laser scanning experience
    • Experience with CMM or optical measurement systems
    • Driving licence

    CNC Machinist (Milling)

    Machines mold components on CNC milling centers, sets up the machine and checks dimensions.

    Responsibilities

    • Machine mold cores, inserts and plates on CNC milling centers
    • Prepare programs, tooling and workholding
    • Perform in-process and final dimensional checks
    • Follow machine maintenance and cleaning routines

    Requirements

    • Technical high school or vocational college degree
    • Experience operating CNC milling machines
    • Competent with calipers, micrometers and dial indicators
    • Able to read technical drawings

    Nice to Have

    • CAM software experience (Cimatron, NX CAM or similar)
    • Experience machining mold steels (P20, H13, S136)
    • EDM or wire EDM knowledge

    Quality Control & Metrology Technician

    Performs dimensional inspection on samples and series parts, and prepares measurement reports.

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare first article inspection (FAI) and dimensional inspection reports
    • Compare parts against CAD using measurement equipment
    • Record non-conformities and feed them back to production
    • Track calibration of measurement equipment

    Requirements

    • Degree in mechanical, metallurgy or quality programs
    • Knowledge of dimensional measurement and tolerancing (ISO 2768 / ASME Y14.5)
    • Experience preparing measurement reports
    • Comfortable with office and reporting tools

    Nice to Have

    • CMM programming experience
    • Experience comparing measurements against 3D scan data
    • Familiarity with quality management system documentation

    Engineering Intern

    Works alongside the team on design, scanning and measurement; open to both mandatory and voluntary internships.

    • Support the team on CAD modeling and technical drawing work
    • Observe 3D scanning and measurement processes in the field
    • Contribute to project documentation

    Requirements

    • Enrolled in a mechanical, mechatronics, industrial or related program
    • Basic CAD knowledge
    • Able to read technical drawings

    Nice to Have

    • Experience with SolidWorks or Siemens NX
    • Interest in plastic injection molding processes
