Privacy Notice
How Moldence collects and uses personal data submitted through contact and project evaluation forms.
1. Data Controller
Moldence acts as data controller for personal data submitted through this website, in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
2. Data Collected and Purpose
Name, email address, phone number, and project details provided through our contact or project evaluation forms are used solely for preparing quotations, evaluating projects, and communicating with you. For data submitted as part of a job application, see section 3.
3. Job Applications and Candidate Data
The name, email address, phone number, city, experience range, LinkedIn or portfolio address, cover letter and — if you attach one — the information contained in your CV are processed in order to assess your suitability for the position you applied for, to run the recruitment process, and to contact you.
Legal basis. Candidate data is processed on the basis of the explicit consent you give through the checkbox in the application form. You may withdraw that consent at any time; on request, your application and any CV you attached are deleted.
How it is collected. The data is collected electronically through the form on the careers page and delivered to the corporate mailbox where recruitment is handled. Applications are not kept in a separate candidate database.
Retention. After your application is concluded, it is kept for at most 1 year so that you can be considered for positions that may open later, and is deleted at the end of that period.
Transfer. Candidate data is not shared with third parties; it is processed only through the email infrastructure provider used to deliver the application.
Special categories of data. We ask that you do not include special categories of personal data in your CV — such as health information, religion, race, ethnic origin, association or union membership, biometric data, or criminal convictions. Data of that nature is not used in the recruitment assessment.
4. Data Sharing
Personal data is not shared with third parties except where required by law or necessary to carry out project processes.
5. Legal Basis for Quote and Contact Data
Data submitted through the contact and project evaluation forms is processed on the basis of contractual necessity — specifically, to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (preparing a quotation or project evaluation). For the legal basis covering candidate data, see section 3.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request access to personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data where no longer necessary
- Object to processing or request restriction of processing
